Description:
Situated in a cul-de-sac in the upmarket urbanisation of El Rosario, our villa has beautiful surroundings, stunning sea and mountain views, tropical gardens, and a large private pool. The house has a modern interior, combined with the exterior of a finca. Within walking distance, there is a tennis/paddle club, many restaurants, a good sized supermarket, coffee shops etc. Only 5 min drive away you will find 4 golf courses and Marbella town itself. Malaga Airport is a half an hour drive away.
El Rosario has a more residential character than most urbanisations on the coast with many young families living here whose children attend nearby international and Spanish schools and colleges. Amongst its different nationalities are Spanish, Germans, Swedes, British, Dutch and many others.
The villa is built on a small incline over two floors. On the entrance floor you have two double bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a dining room and two bathrooms. There is a decked balcony with great sea views, as well as a large patio with two BBQs (coal and gas). On the garden level, there is a self contained double bedroom with its own bathroom. Off this bedroom is another decked terrace, a sitting area and of course the tropical garden and the pool (5 x 8 metres).
