Balsall Common is a sought-after village community and is well placed for links to all major road and rail networks from and to the West Midlands. Berkswell is the local train station with trains direct to Birmingham, Coventry and London Euston.
Historically classed as a village but increasingly considered as a small town, it’s thriving and well serviced by local shops including a butcher, post office and delicatessen. Several small supermarkets including Tesco Metro and Co-op are also available as well as Indian restaurants and a couple of local pubs all within walking distance of the centre.
